Monochrome
If you follow me on most of my platforms, you will know that I have a deep love for the colour black when it comes to interiors. I think is it just a timeless colour that looks sleek and immediately adds depth to a space that may feel quiet flat.
So for this month’s moodboard schemes (I know I am missing a few months, but you know how it goes life gets in the way). The theme is THE BLACK EDIT!
Recently I have done a lot of schemes for lounges so this time I decided to create a moodboard for a Bathroom and a Bedroom. If you are a fellow lover of black…. this months moodboard theme is just for you. Let’s take a look!
bathroom
It was my first time creating a moodboard for a bathroom. I thought it would be good to make the wall and floor simple and neutral, so that the black items would stand out. I wanted a modern minimal style bathroom and liked the idea of having a freestanding bath and curved shower screen.

BEDROOM
When I was going to create a monochrome edit, I automatically remembered this bed that I thought had such a nice simple but elegant design. I based the room around this bed, drawing on the curves and openness of it. I ensured that the styling reflected the same and used warm neutrals to make it more of a cosy space.
