The list is finally here guys! Ever since I revamped the girl’s bedroom, I always get asked where I found décor for their room. This got me thinking, I should collate a list of stores I think sell nice items that would transform a children’s room. After all their room deserves a designer touch too.
So be sure to pin this, bookmark it, save it… so you can refer back to it when you are ready to get styling! I have also listed my top 5 items that really stood out to me on their website. Psstt… if you keep reading until the end, you will see I have included a few more stores worth checking out.

BEST STORES FOR KIDS DECOR!
Now H&M is no surprise to this list, ever since they opened a home department. They have been giving unique décor at a reasonable price and the same can be said for their kidsroom range. I love that they have out of the ordinary themes and colour combinations. All their range have coordinating décor, bed linen, toys etc. It is like a one stop store to find all you need for a child’s bedroom.

This is one of my favourite stores for kids décor. This was the main store, where I was able to find décor what worked well with the girls bedroom theme. They have some really nice furniture for kids and their kids bedding set are amazing. In fact it was their butterfly bedding that helped co-ordinate my girls bedroom. I would definitely recommend them. The price is not as cheap as H&M, but their items are good quality.

You already know I had to include this store, a UK go to. In recent years their collections for kids décor has improved a lot. Now when it comes to quality it can be a hit and miss with Argos products, but so far the items I have brought have stood the test. They have reasonable prices for their cubby storage, bunkbeds and canvas storage boxes.

The French have really got his kids décor down. As well as having great scandi style furniture that is very popular. They also have nice kid furniture that are modern, current and would look great with most themes. On of my favourite is there table and stool set that I brought for the girls bedroom. It lasted a very long time until hubby broke one of the stools lol.

A great place to find unique prints and décor that can be personalised for your children’s bedroom. Plus they are so many sellers that you will definitely find something within your price range. All the prints in the girls bedroom are from Etsy and some cute handmade décor. Its always good to support small businesses. Just look how cute these items are below.

Now Ikea had to be in the list, as it has good value kids decor and furniture. They literally have everything you need to furnish your child’s bedroom. Especially great storage solutions. Also items can be hacked to create unique furniture for your children’s room. A parent fave is definitely their DUNTIK play kitchen. I have seen some lovely customisations that parents have made.

A really good store to find lovely bedroom decor and accessories. Those wall and shelf fillers that help make the room complete. A great feature on their website is that you can find items by collection. Usually the name of the collection is in capitals and you can search this to find other items in that range. This can really help to coordinate your theme.

TkMaxx and Homesense are fantastic stores to find one of a kind decor for your kidsroom. If you have shopped there before, you already know “if you see it buy it”! Because once you have left the store, it will be Gone! Best thing is, items are cheaper than the RRP, so your paying less for good quality items. Now we all know the best finds are in store, but here are what I was able to find online.

I have not shopped here recently, but it looks like I have been sleeping on Dunelm. I came across some really nice decor, that would look so nice in a kids bedrooms. I wanted to add more, but I had to stick to five. What I do love is there coordinating bedding, from fitted sheets to bedspreads. How cool is this batman bedding!

If you are looking for budget friendly bedding set for kids? Then Georee at Adsa is the place to go. They have a vast number of options. With the majority being between £8-£12 for a single bedding set. BARGAIN! Especially if you like to have matching sets for your bunkbeds like me. Well worth a browse.

But it is always good to have a browse none the less, you may see something that could work well for their room. And there is nothing wrong with leaning on the old but faithful Amazon and eBay.
